Cancellation Policy

By booking this styled shoot you are agreeing to this policy and will be referred to as "Photographer" throughout this agreement: Deposit Requirement: The full payment of $700 is required to secure your booking. This retainer is non-refundable. Booking Confirmation: Bookings are confirmed only once the retainer has been received. Confirmation of all details, including location, time, and team members, will be sent via email. Location Selection: The styled shoot hosts are responsible for selecting a location, and all effort will be made to ensure the location aligns with the planned concept. Any additional location costs or permits must be handled by the photographer. Permit Fees: Some locations in Italy may require special permits, especially for styled shoots in public or restricted areas (e.g., historical landmarks). Each photographer is responsible for obtaining their own necessary permits, including any associated fees if not already covered by host. Creative Posing & Photography: Creative Direction: The photographer is solely responsible for the creative direction of the shoot, including posing, lighting, and the overall composition of the images. Any input from the team, models, or vendors will be considered, but the photographer has final authority over the creative vision. The photographer is responsible for bringing their own gear, including cameras, lenses, tripods, and any other necessary equipment. The photographer must ensure all gear is in working order and sufficient for the needs of the shoot. Travel & Accommodation: Travel Expenses: All travel expenses, including flights, transportation, and accommodation outside of the provided 2 night stay in the Airbnb, for the photographer and any assistants, are the responsibility of the photographer. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Cancellation by Vendor/Location: In the event of an unexpected location or vendor cancellation, the photographer will be notified immediately. A rescheduled date will be arranged where possible, or a new location will be chosen. Weather & Force Majeure: In case of unforeseen weather conditions or natural events that may affect the shoot, the host will do their best to find a new location but is ultimately not responsible for poor weather. Liability: Photographer Responsibility: The photographer is responsible for their own safety and the safety of their team. It is recommended that the photographer have insurance for the shoot to cover accidents or damage.
