Q: What does my $700 ticket include?

A: Your $700 ticket gets you an all-inclusive experience! This covers:

2 Nights in a Beautiful Airbnb in the Dolomites (comfort, charm, and scenic views included!)

2 Styled Elopement Photoshoots (You’ll get the chance to capture stunning images in some of the most picturesque locations)

All logistics and styling (We'll handle the behind-the-scenes details so you can focus on creating gorgeous images!)

Q: What should I bring to the shoot?

A: Bring your camera, your creativity, and your enthusiasm! We’ll provide the styled setups, models, and guidance, but your personal style and flair are what will make the photos truly magical. Make sure to pack:

Your favorite lenses (a mix of wide-angle and portrait lenses is ideal)

Comfortable shoes for hiking to our dreamy spots

Layers (weather in the mountains can change quickly!)

A sense of adventure (trust us, you’ll want to capture everything!)

Q: What if I can't make it? Do I get a refund?

A: All tickets are non-refundable. You may however, sell your spot to someone else. Be sure to message us in the event you can't attend.

Q: What if I’m new to elopement photography?

A: No worries! This shoot is designed for photographers of all skill levels. Whether you're an elopement pro or just getting started, you’ll get hands-on experience with styled elopement setups and guidance along the way. Plus, this is the perfect opportunity to ask questions, experiment, and get expert tips!

Q: Will I have my own room?

A: No, it is more than likely you will need to share a room with other photographers, although everyone will have their own bed.

Q: Will there be a chance to network with other photographers?

A: Absolutely! This shoot is a great opportunity to network with other photographers who share your passion for adventure and beautiful images. You’ll have plenty of time to connect, collaborate, and learn from each other in an inspiring environment.

Q: What if the weather doesn’t cooperate?

A: The Dolomites have a magical way of making every type of weather look beautiful in photos! We’ll keep an eye on the forecast and adjust our shooting plans to make the most of the conditions. Don’t worry—we’ll have a backup plan if the weather isn’t ideal for outdoor shooting, but either way, you’ll leave with amazing photos.

Q: Can I use the photos from the styled shoot for my portfolio or social media?

A: Yes, absolutely! The photos are yours to use for portfolio, social media, and marketing purposes. Just be sure to tag and credit the models, the stylist, and Sweet Roots Photography and Focal Point Productions & Studio who organized the shoot when you post.

Q: How do I get to the Dolomites?

A: We’ll be staying in a cozy Airbnb in the beautiful Valle di Cadore, so once you arrive at the nearest airport (Milan, Venice, Treviso, or Verona are great options), we’ll provide directions or even help coordinate carpooling with other participants! You’ll be in breathtaking mountain landscapes in no time.

Q: What will the styled elopement look like?

A: Expect jaw-dropping mountain views at Lago di Braies, think moody elegance and rustic charm that perfectly complement the Dolomites' natural beauty.  Our goal is to do one early morning shoot on the lake. We will be renting the boathouse access at roughly 6:30 AM to avoid the heavy tourist traffic. This is their early spring season, so in the event the lake is still frozen (unlikely, but possible) we will not be able to use the boats but will still have the breathtaking views of the lake. After lunch, we will then move to the rolling hills for another beautiful shoot in the evening. We’ll provide the details, but you’ll add your magic behind the lens.

Q: Can I bring a second shooter or assistant?

A: We welcome second shooters or assistants! Every attendee will still be responsible for purchasing their own ticket for the shoot.

Q: Is there anything I need to know about the Airbnb?

A: The Airbnb is a cozy gem with breathtaking views, and we’ve handpicked it for its charm and comfort. Expect mountain vibes, homey touches, and a relaxing indoor pool after a day of shooting. We’ve got you covered with all the essentials, and you’ll be staying in style!
